1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Worklin platform and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Managed Execution Scope
Worklin provides project management, specialist matching, sprint coordination, and quality assurance services. Clients submit project requirements and agree to milestone scopes defined during the analysis phase.
3. Intellectual Property & Ownership
Upon full completion and milestone sign-off, all custom deliverables, code, and design assets created for the client project are transferred entirely to the client, subject to the agreed scope of work.
4. Conduct & Confidentiality
Both clients and creators agree to maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary code, trade secrets, business specifications, and communications exchanged throughout the execution lifecycle.
